  • I'm based at Wellshare in Bondi Junction.

    The address is Westfield Tower 2, Level 18, Suite 1806, 101-99 Grafton St, Bondi Junction NSW 2022.

    The entrance to Tower 2 is on the corner of Grosvenor St and Grafton Street.

  • Yes, I do work in Melbourne.

  • You can contact me at lien@browconfidence.com. I will respond within 48 hours.

  • Payment is made at the time of booking.

  • You can reschedule by using your confirmation email more than 24 hours before your appointment.

  • The general answer is no; however, I understand life happens. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours due to illness or an emergency, I will offer a refund.

  • It's your decision. If you feel you've gained everything you need from your first appointment, you can take over from there. Of course, you're welcome to come back when you want to.

  • The time frame can vary based on your growth cycle, but 6 to 8 weeks is a reasonable estimate.

  • No. It's best to know what shape suits you before you try to grow them out. You'll usually end up with stray hairs rather than desired regrowth.

  • No, I don't. These methods are very imprecise.

  • Tweezing is the most precise and gentle method for your delicate eye area.

    It is also the easiest way to tidy your brows at home.

  • No, I don't. It's a temporary solution that can make your problematic brow shape appear more noticeable.

    I understand you want to make the most of your light hair or thin brows, but keeping your natural brow colour and improving them daily with a small amount of product (e.g. brow pencil) is a better solution.

  • Absolutely. Anyone can learn to improve their brows with step-by-step guidance.

  • With a bit of practise, you can style your brows in minutes. Brows can help you look 'put together' even without makeup.

  • Absolutely. A bit of brow product can make all the difference, and you can skip the rest of the makeup application.
