Brow Confidence is a sole trader business (ABN 20 434 205 183), providing brow artistry and makeup services in Bondi Junction, Sydney, with selected appointment dates in Melbourne.

In this page, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Brow Confidence, and “you” refers to my clients and website visitors.

Privacy

I respect your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you provide to me.

Information I collect

When you use my website or book an appointment, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, appointment history and any information you provide when contacting me.

Payments are processed securely by Square. I do not hold your card number, although you may choose to save your card securely with Square for future bookings.

My website may also collect general usage and device information through Squarespace, cookies and Google Analytics.

If you subscribe to my emails, I will use your email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How I use your information

I use your information to manage appointments, process refunds, send appointment reminders, respond to enquiries, improve my services and website, and meet my legal, accounting and taxation obligations.

I do not sell your personal information.

I use trusted providers including Square, Squarespace and Google to help operate my business. These providers may process or store information outside Australia.

I keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary or as required by law and take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

Photography

With your consent, I may take before and after photographs as a visual reference for you and your appointment, including creating a before-and-after collage for you.

I will only use your photographs publicly including on my website, social media or other marketing with your permission.

You may withdraw permission for future public use at any time by contacting me. Please understand that I may not always be able to remove images that have already been published or shared.

Cookies

My website uses cookies to help it function and to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage cookies through the cookie notice on my website or through your browser settings.

Your information

You can contact me if you would like to ask about or correct personal information I hold about you.

If you have any concerns about how your information has been handled, please contact me so I can try to resolve them with you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By booking an appointment with Brow Confidence, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings and payments

Appointments are booked online through my website and paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Square.

Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian make the booking and provide consent for their appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduling

I understand that sometimes plans change.

Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are generally non-refundable.

If you need to cancel at short notice because of a family emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. I may make an exception depending on the circumstances.

If you arrive late, I will always do my best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened and remains non-refundable.

My services

I provide brow artistry using my tweezing-only method, as well as makeup services.

I do not offer brow lamination, cosmetic tattooing, microblading or other skin-penetration procedures.

My services are cosmetic and are not medical services.

Before your appointment

Please let me know before your appointment about any known allergies, skin sensitivities, previous reactions or other information that may affect your service.

Please also follow any aftercare advice I provide.

Your consumer rights

My services come with rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Where permitted by law, I am not responsible for problems or reactions caused by relevant information that was not disclosed to me before your service.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, images, designs and branding on this website and in Brow Confidence materials belong to Brow Confidence or are used with permission. Client photographs are used only with your permission.

They are provided for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without my written permission.
